The PONDEROSA CABIN: Nightly Rates: $200 plus 10% Transient Occupancy tax and 1% Tourism Assessment Fee for one or two persons. Add $25.00 plus tax for each additional person up to 7 people. (We take no more than 7 people in this unit!) The TAMARACK GUEST SUITE: Nightly Rates: $155 plus 10% Transient Occupancy tax and 1% Tourism Assessment Fee for one or two persons. Add third person for $15.00 plus 11% tax per night. Open April (if weather permits) through September... and some years, until the snow flies! RESERVATION POLICY: Master or Visa cards are accepted. A 3 night minimum stay is required unless a 2 night slot is available. 14 days before your arrival, we will run your credit card for
the full amount, including tax and fee. (Reservations start January 2nd of the year intended for reservation) CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations of 15 days or more, prior to arrival will not be charged a penalty. Cancellations of 14 days or less will forfeit the first night’s rate. EXCEPTION: Lodging reservations for 5 days or more, HOLIDAYS or SPECIAL EVENTS require at least 30 day’s notice in order to receive a full refund. For cancellations of 29 days or less, you will be charged for all nights reserved! LODGING POLICIES: Notice: All cabin items are inventoried before guest arrival and after guest's departure; any damage to the facility, its contents, or missing items discovered after your stay will be charged to your credit card at our replacement cost. Our facilities are for registered guests only. Day visitors will be charged $20.00 plus tax and fee per person and only up to the maximum people allowed per unit. Sorry, no pets!
