| After 20 wonderful years, we have decided to downsize our lodging
facilities and start preparing for our retirement! This year we
offer 2 units: the PONDEROSA cabin and the TAMARACK sleeper cabin.
Both of these lodging units have served us well through the years;
our guests have always enjoyed and given great reviews to both.
THE PONDEROSA CABIN: Downstairs provides a roomy front room with Dish Network TV/DVD/VCR (Yosemite videos included). The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, a standard stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and long counter for preparing food along with dining area and table and chairs. There is a private master bedroom with queen bed downstairs. This cabin has a large bathroom with shower and a bathroom and a half. Upstairs is a comfy loft with a queen bed and two single beds. A roll-away bed can be provided if required. Beds are all made and towels are provided, as needed. On the outside patio is a charcoal BBQ (charcoal not provided), a picnic table and chairs, ensuring a relaxed vacation. This unit has a cooler for warm weather and a central air heating system for the colder months. Two private parking spaces are provided next to the cabin. The Ponderosa can sleep up to 7 people (no more!!) or for couples who “want to be alone.” |

| THE TAMARACK SLEEPER CABIN
(GUEST SUITE): The sleeper cabin is a cozy second floor suite with bedroom and queen bed, bathroom with shower and comfortable front room with Dish Network TV/VCR (Yosemite videos included). A coffee maker with coffee, small microwave and refrigerator are provided with table and chairs. (This unit does not have a full kitchen) A cooler for warm weather and wall heater for colder months are provided. The upstairs porch with umbrella and chairs allows for a relaxed atmosphere and fun vacation. Private parking space is just below this unit. Bed is made; towels provided. Great choice for 1 or 2 people. |
